Exchange

We offer one year guarantee from the day of purchase. You have to request an exchange number before you can send the item back to us. To do this, fill in the contact form explaining the problem. The purchased item will be exchanged once we have received the returned item back. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including shipment costs, any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes. We will pay the costs involved with shipping the new item.

Refunds

If something isn’t right, or you change your mind, we are happy to accept a return within 14 days of purchase, subject to the Refund and Exchange Policy at this page.

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions 1-4 above. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including shipment costs, any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.
